We specialize in natural crystals, minerals, gemstones, jewelry, and related metaphysical products. Due to the natural nature of these items, variations in color, shape, size, pattern, and inclusions are expected and make each piece unique.
Product photos are provided to represent items as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website or sales platform.
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All items are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- All packaging materials
- The shipping label
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemmitre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
