Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Custom orders, live sale claims, and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping
- We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Packaging
- All items are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit.
- We strive to use protective and environmentally conscious packaging whenever possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of crystals and metaphysical items, all sales are final.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made with your order.
